Anforderungen

  • Experience can substitute for education
  • Experience supporting training or learning management system in manufacturing or regulated industry preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German
  • Knowledge of learning theory, instructional design, facilitation, learning technologies, tools, processes
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Effective work and communication with team members, stakeholders, partners at all levels
  • Ability to work independently, manage workflow, deadlines, priorities, relationships
  • Ability to collaborate with local and global colleagues for standards, best practices, improvements
  • Ability to conform to regulations, policies, procedures, instructions, safety rules
  • Ability to comply with company safety and quality policy

  • Coordinate learning activity assignments
  • Conduct annual reviews of training matrices
  • Educate on reporting and metrics
  • Respond to data requests
  • Assess training program effectiveness
  • Provide insights to improve content
  • Apply global learning management processes
  • Pursue process standardization
  • Recommend standards for L&D
  • Work with stakeholders on learning strategies
  • Facilitate new hire orientation
  • Provide train-the-trainer sessions
  • Support training program design
  • Develop training materials
  • Champion team member development
  • Foster positive employee engagement
