Aufgaben
- Conduct inspections of finished products
- Test cleanrooms for cleanliness
- Maintain high quality standards
- Ensure timely product delivery
- Perform release testing of finished goods and raw materials
- Follow GMP guidelines, DIN standards, and pharmacopoeias
- Conduct microbial load testing via membrane filtration
- Identify microorganisms based on morphological characteristics
- Perform sterilization testing using biological indicators
- Monitor cleanroom environments
- Work in cleanrooms (ISO 5, 7, 8)
- Measure air particles manually
- Conduct Active Air, Passive Air, and contact plate tests
- Document test results GMP-compliantly on paper and digitally
- Enter and manage data in SAP
