- Develop and execute timely, cost-efficient procurement strategies.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers.
- Maintain and update procurement records, databases, and contracts.
- Monitor supplier performance.
- Escalate issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing.
- Conduct basic market research for suppliers and pricing.
- Support internal stakeholders with procurement needs.
- Ensure adherence to company procurement policies.
- Coordinate accurate invoicing and timely payments with finance and operations.
- Prepare reports on procurement, performance, and cost savings.
