- Support customer workshops and discussions on MES use cases, goals, and requirements
- Analyze manufacturing and production processes in life sciences
- Support MES implementation under senior consultant guidance
- Collect, structure, and document business requirements
- Translate business requirements into clear functional descriptions
- Prepare materials for solution/vendor assessments
- Document findings from solution/vendor assessments
- Assist with interfaces and integration between MES, ERP, and automation systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders in production, quality, engineering/automation, and IT
- Contribute to project documentation
- Ensure alignment with customer and regulatory expectations
- Participate in knowledge sharing and learning activities
