In this entry-level role, you will play a vital part in supporting customer acquisition and brand visibility through partnerships. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing partnerships, coordinating marketing assets, and assisting with events, all while collaborating with various teams to enhance the Bloom & Wild brand in Germany.

Anforderungen

• •Good understanding of the German market and customer behaviour
• •Fluency in German (C1+) and confidence in English
• •Some initial experience in partnerships, affiliate marketing, marketing or account management
• •Keen to learn, develop and grow within a commercial marketing role
• •Enjoyment of working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
• •Proactivity, organisation, and comfort juggling multiple tasks
• •Problem-solving in a structured, practical way

Aufgaben

• •Support the development and localization of the DE partnership strategy
• •Research and prioritize commercial and brand partners
• •Assist in sourcing and maintaining a pipeline of partnerships
• •Help create and coordinate proposals for successful partnerships
• •Manage existing partnerships, including online campaigns and affiliate promotions
• •Share seasonal assets with partners for the German market
• •Collaborate with Brand, PR, and Creative teams for partnership activations
• •Support the management and growth of the DE affiliate program
• •Coordinate offers and assets with the agency team
• •Maintain and expand tactical partnerships like B2B and seasonal promotions
• •Assist with basic reporting, invoicing, and operational coordination
• •Help update homepage banners and seasonal landing pages
• •Support the planning and execution of events and partnership activations
• •Prepare event materials and marketing assets, with some travel required
• •Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
• •Assist with ad hoc projects during key seasonal peaks
