In this role, you will support the HR leadership team by coordinating international HR initiatives, managing project activities, and ensuring effective communication. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include project planning, data analysis, and creating impactful presentations.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or comparable field
• •Experience with project and process management; HR experience advantageous
• •Strong IT affinity and excellent MS Office skills
• •Exposure to HR topics such as Total Rewards, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, or Organizational Design
• •Structured, detail-oriented, and analytical working style
• •Very good German and English skills with strong communication abilities
• •Proactive, flexible, and independent working style in dynamic environments
• •Strong team spirit and collaborative mindset

• •Support the HR leadership team in multinational HR projects
• •Lead subprojects or smaller project streams
• •Contribute to the conceptual development of project content
• •Prepare stakeholder alignments
• •Perform project planning and risk identification
• •Document project activities and prepare meetings
• •Track milestones and timelines
• •Create presentations, reports, and decision materials
• •Consolidate stakeholder feedback
• •Manage and analyze HR data from various sources
• •Prepare and execute project-related communication
• •Support change management activities
• •Document and optimize processes
• •Maintain templates and standards
• •Coordinate project meetings
• •Manage project structures, including folder systems and access rights
