Aufgaben
- Support the HR leadership team in multinational HR projects
- Lead subprojects or smaller project streams
- Contribute to the conceptual development of project content
- Prepare stakeholder alignments
- Perform project planning and risk identification
- Document project activities and prepare meetings
- Track milestones and timelines
- Create presentations, reports, and decision materials
- Consolidate stakeholder feedback
- Manage and analyze HR data from various sources
- Prepare and execute project-related communication
- Support change management activities
- Document and optimize processes
- Maintain templates and standards
- Coordinate project meetings
- Manage project structures, including folder systems and access rights
