Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency (advanced formulas, PowerQuery, pivot tables, modeling)

- Experience in fast-growing, international environment
Aufgaben
- Own monthly inventory reporting and forecasting
- Analyze stock levels and identify trends
- Provide actionable insights to optimize working capital
- Conduct monthly sales and demand planning checks
- Ensure financial alignment between operational forecasts and commercial targets
- Oversee Purchase Order approval workflow
- Track Purchase Order budget consumption
- Own slow-moving inventory
- Conduct long-tail analyses for slow-moving inventory
- Calculate necessary write-offs/provisions for slow-moving inventory
- Coordinate scrapping requests for slow-moving inventory
- Analyze Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and contribution margin impact
- Identify profitability drivers
- Track special/one-off effects within COGS
- Act as backup for closing-relevant Ops Controlling tasks
- Ensure continuity of month-end and reporting processes
- Act as sparring partner for Global Supply Planning team
- Support Global Supply Planning with cost reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for OPEX
- Provide cost transparency and insights to local leadership and HQ finance teams
- Identify and implement process improvements across reporting structures
- Support Finance transformation initiatives
- Support system enhancements
- Support SAP implementation
- Support BI tool integrations
