In this role, you will engage in various financial tasks, including checking accounts, posting invoices, preparing VAT returns, and creating financial statements, ensuring that financial operations run smoothly.

Anforderungen

• •Completed commercial vocational training in finance and accounting
• •Initial experience in financial accounting, ideally in accounts payable and accounts receivable
• •Basic knowledge of national accounting (HGB) and corporate management
• •Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel, and ideally initial knowledge of an ERP system
• •Business fluent German and good written and spoken English

Aufgaben

• •Check and assign accounts
• •Post incoming invoices
• •Post outgoing invoices
• •Monitor payment flows
• •Assist with dunning procedures
• •Prepare advance VAT returns
• •Perform monthly account reconciliations
• •Support intercompany account reconciliations
• •Prepare monthly financial statements
• •Prepare annual financial statements
