In this role, you will handle a variety of financial tasks, including managing invoices and dunning processes, preparing VAT returns, and assisting with financial statements to ensure smooth financial operations.

Anforderungen

• •Completed commercial vocational training in finance and accounting
• •Relevant professional experience in financial accounting
• •User knowledge of a common ERP system and in-depth knowledge of MS Office
• •Fluent in German and good English skills

Aufgaben

• •Serve as the contact person for auditors, tax advisors, and internal departments
• •Check, assign, and post incoming and outgoing invoices
• •Monitor payment runs
• •Manage dunning and maintain open item lists
• •Prepare advance VAT returns
• •Conduct monthly account reconciliations for intercompany transactions
• •Assist in the timely preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
