- Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues from vendor study activities
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Focus on quality and timeliness
- Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships
- Ensure study requirements are met efficiently
- Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or related discipline
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in drug research and development
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
Aufgaben
- Coordinate outsourcing and operationalization of preclinical PK and TK studies
- Ensure scientific integrity, adherence to timelines, and budget compliance
- Serve as central point of contact for PK/TK-related activities
- Provide high-quality data to support informed decision-making
- Supervise all phases of pharmacokinetic studies
- Guide in-life operations, bioanalysis, and PK/TK evaluation
- Collaborate with internal drug formulation, in-life, and bioanalysis teams
- Configure study designs in Benchling
- Manage data imports into internal databases
- Collaborate with digital teams for software solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CROs
- Ensure external activities align with quality standards and project timelines
