- Degree in Meteorology, Physics or similar
- Effective English and basic French skills
- Understanding of meteorological satellite products
- Knowledge of satellite remote sensing methods
- Strong IT skills in specific software
- Adaptability in complex, fast-changing environments
- Excellent team-working and interpersonal skills
- Very good presentation and writing skills
- Experience with Spaceborne meteorological sensing advantageous
- Nationality of EUMETSAT Member State
Aufgaben
- Support the roll-out of new meteorological products
- Coordinate satellite product operations across programs
- Process instrument data from Level 0 to Level 2
- Assist Product Validation Review Boards
- Maintain data processing system documentation
- Monitor and report on operational products
- Resolve technical enquiries from the user community
- Configure and manage routine data processing operations
