- Identify and capitalize on upsell opportunities
- Collaborate with Business Development on growth
- Monitor customer metrics regularly
- Respond to customer dissatisfaction or challenges
- Advocate for customer feedback in product development
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Conduct regular check-ins and review meetings
