- High self-reliance, teamwork, and autonomous work ability
- Humility and helpfulness
- Can-do attitude and outstanding communication skills
- Fluent English
- Highly preferred German skills
- Experience operating industrial composite production machines
- Experience with assembly and bonding jig design
- Compliance with SÜG § 13 para. 1 no. 17 security clearance
