Anforderungen

• •Master’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace or Manufacturing Engineering
• •Three years’ experience in composite design
• •Experience in metallic parts design and development
• •Proficiency with Siemens NX and Fibersim
• •Knowledge of aerospace vehicle design
• •Knowledge of composite materials and manufacturing
• •Experience with composite structure verification
• •Fluency in English
• •German, French or Italian as an asset
• •Strong oral and written communication skills
• •Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
• •Strong organising and prioritisation skills
• •Positive and flexible attitude

Aufgaben

• •Drive the design and integration of composite parts
• •Define and mature the vehicle’s composite architecture
• •Support the design and maturation of metallic parts
• •Build composite CAD models using Siemens NX
• •Create layup definitions and detailed ply books
• •Integrate metallic and non-metallic components into assemblies
• •Collaborate with engineers to ensure manufacturability and quality
• •Propose layup sequences and manufacturing processes
• •Select composite materials based on mission environments
• •Iterate designs based on structural and thermal analysis
• •Prepare technical drawings and design documentation
• •Manage configuration control and track mass budgets
• •Improve composite design tools and best practices
• •Engage in co-engineering sessions across functional teams
