- Structured, accurate, independent working style
- Good knowledge of English and German
Aufgaben
- Code expenses
- Reconcile customer accounts
- Resolve vendor discrepancies
- Prepare payment runs for approval
- Ensure accurate posting of bank statements
- Ensure accurate posting of bank transactions
- Post accruals
- Create intercompany invoices
- Manage depreciation and amortization
- Assist with monthly VAT filings
- Perform sales tax validation
- Collaborate with tax consultants
- Partner with internal and external auditors
- Provide clear reports for audits
- Document processes for audits
- Offer expertise for financial audits
- Continuously improve accounting operations
