- Ensure quality and timely book closings
- Manage Balance Sheet Account reconciliations
- Oversee finance and accounting operations
- Perform complex accounting tasks
- Prepare statutory annual financial statements
- Work with internal and external auditors
- Develop and maintain internal controls
- Promote accounting excellence
- Create and maintain local accounting policies
- Supervise and manage accounting team members
- Collaborate with business and stakeholders
- Develop professional relationships with stakeholders
- Identify and evaluate financial process improvements
- Implement financial process automation
- Drive consistency across country accounting teams
