- Participate in accounting activities for 5 Swiss entities
- Support global shared service centers and regional teams
- Coordinate with external auditors during interim and final audits
- Perform account reconciliations and open items review
- Process and monitor accounting transactions
- Prepare and book monthly closing entries
- Support preparation of reporting packages
- Assist in analytical reviews and variance analysis
- Support quarterly VAT declarations and compliance reporting
- Assist in preparing Swiss statutory financial statements
- Support migration to SHIFT system for eligible entities
- Participate in entity integration and business consolidation activities
- Contribute to process improvements and system implementations
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders
