  • Successful completion of applicable internal AM training programme

Aufgaben

  • Ensure accurate client relationship documentation
  • Maintain high-quality account documentation
  • Manage operational account tasks and system alerts
  • Participate in client meetings and lead documentation discussions
  • Maintain client key data with Relationship Manager
  • Interact professionally with clients for account management
  • Support Relationship Managers and Team Heads in client tasks
  • Provide timely and precise support for client-related tasks
  • Ensure operational coverage during team absences
  • Create and provide customized client information and reports
