- Ensure efficient and compliant self-organization
- Conduct reviews and document work
- Propose improvements based on experience
- Manage expense claim process for RMs and THs
- Support risk management and compliance
- Adhere to local regulations and internal policies
- Clear pending items and escalate deficiencies
- Maintain ethical and compliant behavior
- Document client interactions and orders accurately
