As an IT Operations Specialist, you will ensure employees have reliable technology by managing network equipment, supporting devices, and automating processes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve hands-on IT support and overseeing the lifecycle of hardware and software.

Anforderungen

• •3–5 years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or systems administration
• •Strong hands-on experience with network hardware and cabling standards
• •Experience with MDM and identity management platforms
• •Proficiency with macOS, Windows, and mobile device ecosystems
• •Basic scripting skills in Bash and/or PowerShell
• •Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proactive mindset
• •Experience managing AV/VC systems
• •Familiarity with asset management tools
• •Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks across distributed environments

Aufgaben

• •Manage and configure network equipment, including cabling, switches, and Wi-Fi access points
• •Administer mobile device and access management
• •Ensure AV/VC systems, printers, and scanners operate smoothly
• •Oversee the full lifecycle of laptops and mobile devices
• •Administer company tools and licenses, including renewals and usage audits
• •Provide hands-on IT support and monitor systems daily
• •Develop scripts in Bash and PowerShell to automate provisioning and configuration
• •Coordinate packing and couriering of IT equipment across all locations
• •Handle storage, tracking, and movement of peripherals like monitors and adapters
• •Manage installation, labeling, and organization of network and IT cables
