IT Support Specialist(m/w/x)
Maintaining IT infrastructure across office locations, troubleshooting macOS/Windows hardware and connectivity. Jira Service Management ticket-based support experience required. Onboarding/offboarding employees, managing IT assets and user access.
Anforderungen
- Proven track record in IT Support, Service Desk, or System Administrator role
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills for macOS and Windows
- Proven track record in ticket-based support environment (Jira Service Management)
- Focus on SLA adherence and user satisfaction
- Hands-on experience with MDM solutions (Jamf Pro, Microsoft Intune)
- Device deployment and inventory management experience
- Competent in administering Google Workspace
- Support for common startup tools (Slack, Zoom)
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence (agent/admin perspective)
- Managing projects, permissions, and workflows in Jira/Confluence (plus)
- Familiarity with basic office network troubleshooting (WiFi, LAN, VPN, Video Conferencing)
- Strong understanding of security best practices (MFA, password hygiene, phishing awareness)
- Basic ability to develop Bash/PowerShell scripts
- Strong willingness to automate
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with empathy
