- Extensive IT project management experience with strong IT background and deep technical understanding
- Experience with international business processes in FMCG industry (e.g., Sales & Distribution, Logistics, Production)
- Strong communication skills and ability to present complex topics to senior management
- Strong analytical skills, structured working style, and high independence
- Professional proficiency in English and German
Aufgaben
- Drive international digital transformation projects
- Lead complex IT projects globally
- Define project objectives, scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans
- Develop detailed work plans and project estimates
- Create and monitor status reports
- Conduct risk analysis
- Monitor project progress against milestones and budgets
- Manage time, budget, quality, and risk
- Coordinate cross-functional and international project teams
- Steer internal and external consultants
- Drive digital initiatives using SAP S/4, Salesforce, and Microsoft 365
- Align business requirements with technical solutions
- Manage vendor integration
- Track and review vendor deliverables
