- Contribute to hands-on value creation
- Manage digital initiatives
- Harmonize and optimize IT/OT solutions across sites
- Collaborate with BPM, Operations, Sales, Finance, and Corporate Functions
- Coordinate IT/OT projects end-to-end
- Manage demand, solution evaluation, stakeholder alignment, and rollout
- Act as central interface to OT 4.0 organization
- Ensure governance, documentation standards, and capability building
- Lead change management activities
- Support roadmap execution
- Contribute to continuous business development and future readiness
