- •Respond to Level 1 and Level 2 support requests
- •Administer Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and backup systems
- •Manage user onboarding, role changes, and offboarding processes
- •Configure and install laptops and mobile devices
- •Maintain and repair hardware, software, and peripherals
- •Update the IT assets database per organizational policies
- •Maintain conference room audio and video equipment
- •Support business applications and digital collaboration platforms
- •Create user manuals and technical knowledge articles
- •Participate in IT projects, testing, and system rollouts
- •Execute additional tasks and special organizational projects
