Anforderungen
- IT experience at Director level (at least 8-10 years) in a large multinational organisation (preferably logistical and/or Pharmacy supply chain)
- Working in a complex matrix management environment
- Bachelor level university degree in computer science or relevant qualification
- Strong numeracy and literacy
- Project and programme management, cultural change, strong process improvement capabilities and functional business application knowledge
- Define and deliver IT transformational change evidenced by measurable business outcomes
- Proven ability to use initiative and judgement to make tough decisions
- Knowledge of relevant aspects of GDP
- Implementing and operating global IT initiatives and executing system change and transformation
- Knowledge of IT compliance and validation (GAMP5 / CSV) preferable
- Experience working within European regulatory and data-protection environments, including GDPR and audit readiness
- Fluency in English; additional language capability or experience operating in non-English-speaking environments advantageous
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Working accurately and to tight deadlines
- Proven ability to work alone and unsupervised, able to initiate action
- Able to set clear objectives
- Effective leader able to negotiate, influence and motivate at all levels

- Lead strategic change from opportunity identification to benefits realization
- Establish strong IT governance and disciplined delivery practices
- Build and lead a capable IT team
- Manage key vendors and partners
- Provide customer-facing technology leadership
- Ensure robust security and resilience
- Develop and deliver a clear IT transformation roadmap
- Integrate acquired businesses' technology
- Identify and prioritize technology-led transformation opportunities
- Develop robust business cases and investment proposals
- Deliver strategic change initiatives with clear ownership and outcomes
- Manage a coherent portfolio of change and transformation
- Build trusted partnerships with business leaders
- Support client engagements with scalable technology roadmaps
- Define and embed a fit-for-purpose IT operating model
- Develop and lead a high-performing local IT team
- Ensure commercial value and quality from strategic vendors
- Maintain reliable IT operations and services
- Implement and maintain effective IT governance and risk management
- Embed disciplined delivery and change management practices
- Act as primary escalation point for technology risks and issues
- Hold full accountability for the IT budget
