IT Change Manager(m/w/x)

Anforderungen
- Degree in (business) informatics, computer science, business administration, or comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in IT change, service, or process management
- Very good knowledge of ITIL based change and service management processes
- Practical experience with common ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira Service Management or comparable solutions)
- Ideally proven by ITIL or similar certification
- Proven experience in modelling, analyzing, and optimizing IT processes
- Use of KPIs and data to identify weaknesses and derive improvement measures
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Structured, solution-oriented way of working
- Ability to balance process governance with pragmatic implementation in agile/environment
- Ideally utilizing DevOps or similar methods
- Excellent communication and moderation skills
- Confident dealing with stakeholders across all levels
- Capable of leading CAB and workshop formats
- Managing conflicts and escalations
- Fluency in German
- Fluency in English
Aufgaben
- Manage IT change management process
- Develop ITIL-compliant change procedures
- Assess impact of change requests
- Approve and implement change requests
- Conduct post-implementation reviews
- Minimize risk and downtime for critical services
- Plan change calendar across applications
- Coordinate infrastructure and cloud services
- Identify conflicts and dependencies
- Orchestrate releases and maintenance windows
- Collaborate with project and operations teams
- Define end-to-end IT service processes
- Document and optimize IT support processes
- Standardize and automate workflows
- Chair Change Advisory Board meetings
- Ensure transparent decision-making
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Record risks, approvals, and test plans
- Measure process and change performance
- Report on change success rates
- Derive and implement improvement measures
- Support product owners and project managers
- Promote structured change culture
- Advise on compliance and audit topics
