Anforderungen
- Degree in informatics, computer science, business administration or comparable field
- Professional experience in IT change, service, or process management
- Knowledge of ITIL based change and service management processes
- Practical experience with common ITSM tools
- Ideally proven by ITIL or similar certification
- Experience in modelling, analyzing, and optimizing IT processes
- Use of KPIs and data for improvement measures
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Structured, solution-oriented way of working
- Ability to balance process governance with implementation
- Excellent communication and moderation skills
- Confidence in dealing with stakeholders across all levels
- Capability of leading CAB and workshop formats
- Fluency in both German and English
Aufgaben
- Develop the ITIL-based change management process
- Manage change requests from intake to implementation
- Conduct impact assessments for change requests
- Perform post-implementation reviews to minimize risk
- Plan and coordinate the cross-service change calendar
- Identify change conflicts and dependencies
- Orchestrate releases and maintenance windows
- Collaborate with project, operations, and sales teams
- Define and document end-to-end support processes
- Optimize workflows for standardization and automation
- Establish process roles and KPIs
- Prepare and chair the Change Advisory Board
- Lead governance bodies for transparent decision-making
- Document risks, approvals, and rollback plans
- Maintain accurate test plans and outcomes
- Measure and report on change performance
- Track success rates and lead times
- Drive continuous process optimization initiatives
- Advise teams on applying change standards
- Promote a culture of structured change
- Consult on compliance and audit topics
