- Collect, validate, and structure data from various systems
- Prepare and update workforce and resource planning trackers
- Assist in preparing data for ad-hoc requests
- Identify data discrepancies and structure remediation actions
- Perform data quality checks and maintain oversight of planning documents
- Ensure consistency across dashboards and trackers
- Assist in background research for decision-making documents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes
- Contribute actionable ideas for departmental improvement
- Consolidate presentation materials for meetings and townhalls
- Support internal communication execution, ensuring timely content delivery
- Coordinate internal and external initiatives at a global level
- Maintain structured documentation repositories for IT processes
- Track implementation of organizational change initiatives
- Follow up on action items and update trackers
