Anforderungen
- Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in IT asset and license management, IT service management processes, governance, and compliance
- ITIL certification
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

- Manage software licenses, cloud resources, and hardware assets
- Ensure usage optimization and alignment with cost accounting standards
- Define and enforce standardized operational IT processes
- Drive continuous process improvement through KPI-based governance
- Ensure audit readiness and compliance for IT assets and processes
- Maintain and update hardware and software inventory
- Monitor software license compliance and usage
- Coordinate IT asset requirements, replacements, and disposal
- Develop, implement, and maintain IT process documentation
- Define, track, and report IT service and asset utilization KPIs
- Identify and drive opportunities for process standardization
- Identify and drive opportunities for process automation
- Identify and drive opportunities for efficiency improvements
- Support internal and external audit activities
