Anforderungen

  • •3–4 years of experience in investment banking, strategy consulting, private equity, or real asset investment management
  • •Strong academic background in Business, Finance, or Economics
  • •Robust financial modelling and KPI analysis skills
  • •Knowledge of real asset classes and familiarity with asset allocation, risk-return, and performance frameworks
  • •Exposure to portfolio management, value creation initiatives, and asset controlling
  • •Strong communication skills and ability to present complex insights clearly to senior stakeholders
  • •Fluency in English, German preferred
  • •Analytical, structured, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • •High ownership, resilience, and collaborative spirit
