International Sales Auditor(m/w/x)
In this role, you will engage in monthly sales and marketing audits across global subsidiaries, train new Sales Directors, and identify areas for improvement. Your work will involve project management, team communication, and occasional travel to ensure effective operations.
Anforderungen
- Bachelor in International Business (advantageous)
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Packages (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Fluency in English, additional languages (advantageous)
- Attention to detail
- Advanced literacy in creating executive summaries
- Experience in direct sales/network marketing (advantageous)
- Ability to stand strong on areas needing improvement
- Strong analytic and creative thinking skills
- Willingness to travel at any given time
- Basic knowledge of international trade
Aufgaben
- Conduct monthly sales and marketing revisions in PM subsidiaries worldwide
- Follow up on tasks after country revisions are complete
- Suggest improvements for working methods with subsidiaries
- Train new Sales Directors in sales training as needed
- Become an expert on PM-International’s business model and sales strategy
- Identify risks and improvements in subsidiaries globally
- Provide transparency on project statuses and ensure deadlines are met
- Estimate time requirements for projects
- Organize and lead project meetings
- Create project documentation and reports
- Communicate with project team members
- Give and receive feedback
- Work in a multicultural environment with global teams
- Conduct business presentations for countries without offices in coordination with the ISD department
- Analyze and present outcomes of sales audits and reporting
- Travel on short notice to various subsidiaries or countries as needed
- Support monitoring of Direct Selling Association memberships in assigned countries
- Coordinate National Product Launch requests from subsidiaries
