Aufgaben
- Support payroll operations for Germany, Australia, and Switzerland
- Process, audit, and reconcile international payrolls
- Partner with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate payroll approval and payment instructions with Finance
- Prepare monthly payroll GL journal and accrual reports
- Conduct month-end closing reporting activities
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies
- Respond to payroll-related employee inquiries
- Support internal and external audits
- Provide payroll data and insights for HR and cross-functional projects
