- 4+ years managing multi-country payroll operations across European jurisdictions
- Experience in NL, UK, DE, or FR is a plus
- Managing payroll implications of equity awards across multiple jurisdictions
- Strong knowledge of European labor law and statutory requirements
- Strong knowledge of United States and Canadian labor law and payroll practices
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Managing relationships with external payroll providers across multiple countries
- Outstanding internal & external-facing customer service skills
- Proficient in international HRIS and payroll systems
- Self-driven and able to work autonomously
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookup functions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and international environment
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Fluent written and spoken English
Aufgaben
- Manage end-to-end payroll operations for five countries
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
- Comply with local labor laws, tax regulations, and internal standards
- Partner with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders
- Resolve payroll issues and streamline operations
- Serve as primary contact for payroll inquiries
- Maintain and improve payroll systems and processes
- Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations
- Assist with payroll journal entries during month-end close
- Support audits and implement recommendations
- Collaborate with HR for data accuracy and lifecycle events
- Support U.S. payroll team as needed
