- Design and implement process improvements for payroll
- Ensure timely and accurate benefit deductions and tax withholdings
- Lead the monthly financial reporting process related to payroll
- Prepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Serve as the main point of contact for employee pay inquiries
- Execute ad-hoc projects to support the team
- Maintain confidentiality regarding payroll information
