Anforderungen

  • At least 5 years work experience in a contractual or commercial role in payroll & HR services
  • Demonstrable experience and understanding of international outsourcing solutions and technology
  • Strong language skills: fluent English and German
  • Strong commercial, contractual, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to lead effectively and efficiently with credibility
  • Creative thinking and pragmatic decision-making
  • Well organized, respecting deadlines and agreements
  • Flexibility and preparedness to travel, mainly throughout Europe and occasionally to other continents

Aufgaben

  • Serve as the key point of contact for large enterprise and mid-market GS accounts
  • Achieve ACV growth by up-selling to existing customers
  • Extend current major contracts
  • Identify and understand client requirements to propose optimal solutions
  • Influence clients on the value of SD Worx's full range of products and services
  • Discuss payroll outsourcing and HR themes both tactically and strategically
  • Monitor HR trends and modernizations
  • Initiate market mapping and develop objective business plans
  • Identify needs and opportunities in the market
  • Promote SD Worx as a global Payroll and HR provider
  • Act as the contact owner for commercial, contractual, and escalation matters
  • Collaborate closely with the Service Delivery Manager and key stakeholders
  • Engage regularly with local sales and operations teams
  • Connect with product management and partner management teams
  • Work with solution consultants and the bid office
  • Coordinate with corporate legal and partners
