Anforderungen
- Degree in Electrical Engineering / Communications Engineering or comparable
- Experience in automotive development (HW/ME/SW) and electronics production
- Certified Internal System Auditor IATF16949 with relevant experience
- Knowledge of Quality and Environmental Management (ISO9001, IATF16949, VDA6.3, A-SPICE, ISO14001)
- Knowledge of QM Core Tools (MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC), development processes, and project management
- Independent, structured, and organized work approach
- Sociability, teamwork, resilience, eloquence, and confident demeanor
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Very good English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel (10%)
Aufgaben
- Plan and conduct internal system audits
- Document audits based on ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001, customer, and Harman requirements
- Support planning and execution of external certification audits
- Manage audit results, including effectiveness checks and action tracking
- Create reports, audit evaluations, and management review presentations
- Perform compliance checks using global BMS process documentation
- Train and advise process owners and employees on business processes
- Assist in process creation, implementation, optimization, and harmonization
- Demonstrate digital affinity and openness to modern AI-supported tools
