As an Accounting Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting the accounting team with cash management, data maintenance, and audits. Daily tasks will involve collaborating with customer service, managing invoices, and assisting in the preparation of financial statements.

Anforderungen

• •Enrollment in or graduation from degree program in Economics, Business Administration with focus in Accounting and Finance
• •Very good written and verbal English
• •Ability to start in office in Berlin or Munich for 9 to 12 months
• •First experience in operational accounting
• •Excellent dominance of MS Office, especially Excel; experience with SAP
• •High level of accuracy and attention to detail; hands-on mentality
• •Comfortable working in high-paced, impact-driven environment
• •Solid interpersonal and inter-cultural skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively

Aufgaben

• •Assist the accounting team with cash management
• •Maintain data for financial records

• •Upload invoices and reconcile accounts receivable
• •Prepare payments and book bank statements
• •Collaborate closely with customer service
• •Maintain master data for subledgers
• •Assist in preparing monthly and yearly financial statements
