Anforderungen

  • •Very good written and verbal English
  • •Good German proficiency (optional)
  • •Ability to start in Berlin office for 6 to 12 months
  • •Effective use of Microsoft Excel
  • •Previous experience in operational accounting or managing financial transactions (beneficial)
  • •Previous experience with S/4HANA / SAP, CRM SAP Sales Cloud, or similar systems (advantageous)
  • •High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • •Solid interpersonal and inter-cultural skills
  • •Knowledge of operations optimization, database querying (SQL, Big Query, Snowflake), Python programming, or automation skills (optional)

Aufgaben

  • •Support managing accounts receivable
  • •Handle invoicing and reconciliation
  • •Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • •Analyze root causes of data issues
  • •Assist the finance team with S/4HANA and process optimization projects
  • •Process documents in S/4HANA, CRM SAP Sales Cloud, and JIRA
  • •Suggest improvements for financial operations
