- Solid knowledge of HSE requirements and best practices
- Background in quality assurance and standards adherence
- Experience with contractual negotiations and terms understanding
- Strong financial awareness and process understanding
- Proficient IT skills (MS Office, SAP)
- Fluency in English and German

Aufgaben
- Lead planning and coordination for onshore wind projects
- Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality installation
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence
- Optimize processes and support continuous improvement
- Use standardized workflow packages and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
- Implement Vestas management systems and HSE/Quality standards
- Optimize project schedules and deliverables
- Roll out newly developed installation concepts
- Support internal stakeholders and coordinate resource planning
- Monitor project progress, budget, risks, and performance
- Ensure timely and high-quality reporting and documentation
- Support the Engineering Change Request (ECR) Board
- Contribute to structured change management processes
