Aufgaben
- Lead a team of installation experts
- Manage high-voltage AC and DC installations on site
- Oversee installation and testing of electrical and mechanical equipment
- Manage and guide subcontractors on site
- Support subcontracting processes for installation works
- Plan and coordinate the Hitachi Energy team
- Ensure project targets for safety, quality, schedule, and budget
- Review and follow contractual documentation for project delivery
- Lead preparation and planning in early project stages
- Implement installation activities on site
- Coordinate site activities with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage and coach Installation Supervisors
- Coordinate with engineering for site documentation and as-built mark-ups
