- Coordinate directly with customers to ensure smooth operations
- Assemble, connect, and test new systems for handover
- Follow technical checklists and verify schematics before work
- Test equipment using diagnostic techniques and documentation
- Resolve factory issues through collaboration and escalation calls
- Participate in projects to reduce installation time and costs
- Report on status, hours worked, and non-conformances
- Uphold company security policies and quality standards
