- Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, vacuum, thermodynamics
- Familiarity with hand tools and multimeters
- Ability to walk, stand, work in tight spaces, bend, squat, twist, kneel, reach, climb, work at height, lift 35 lbs., distinguish colors, work with electricity, tolerate noise, use hand/power tools
- Ability to use clean room PPE
Aufgaben
- Collaborate with customers to install, maintain, and upgrade equipment
- Use digital analytics for troubleshooting
- Apply basic diagnostic techniques to assess and address technical issues
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical systems
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on vacuum systems
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on plasma systems
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on hydraulic systems
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on gas systems
- Coordinate and communicate directly with customers
- Collaborate with senior field service engineers
- Support internal teams to improve business processes
- Ensure smooth operations and exceptional service
- Fulfill additional duties as assigned
