Anforderungen
- •Experience in sales administration or inside sales
- •Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
- •Fluency in German and English
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; strong Excel skills
- •Vocational training or bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
- •Clear and concise communication skills
- •Enjoyment of a positive, can-do work culture
- •Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- •Enjoyment of working both in the office and from home
- •Ability to adapt to different cultures and key drivers within customer base

- •Work collaboratively with customers and accounts
- •Identify additional sales opportunities during customer calls
- •Create quotes for software and hardware as requested
- •Manage CRM database by creating opportunities and maintaining renewals
- •Update activity records and customer data in the CRM
- •Serve as the first point of contact for administrative questions
- •Respond to calls and email inquiries promptly and professionally
- •Receive purchase orders and update account status for processing
- •Address customer concerns with partners and internal teams
- •Learn about the company's expanding product solutions
