Anforderungen

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in information security or computer science
  • 4-6 years of experience in information security compliance, risk, or audit
  • Experience or strong knowledge of Cloud Security controls (AWS/Google Cloud preferred)
  • Experience or strong knowledge of AI/ML governance risk frameworks
  • Hands-on experience or knowledge of ISO 27001, ISO42001, NIST, BSI C5
  • Hands-on experience or knowledge of DORA, EU AI Act, EU CRA & EU GDPR
  • Good understanding of Information & Communication Technologies (ICT)
  • Good understanding of Security controls
  • Experience related to audit/compliance frameworks and methodologies is a plus
  • Clear communication with peers and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace apps
  • Good understanding of Google Sheets features and formulas
  • Experience with Compliance tools is a plus (ServiceNow, OneTrust)
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate documentation for IT processes
  • Fluency in English
  • German proficiency is a plus
  • Insight into information security
  • Willingness to learn EU regulatory laws, banking requirements, and cloud-native banking IT-Systems
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Comfortable sharing improvement ideas about existing processes

Aufgaben

  • Execute and review IS Controls Framework monitoring for cloud and AI/ML.
  • Communicate, collate, and review evidence from control tickets.
  • Perform QA reviews and seek stakeholder clarification.
  • Highlight gaps/risks, raise non-conformities for cloud/AI risks, and suggest improvements.
  • Liaise with CISO/DPO offices and provide monthly control/compliance updates.
  • Improve stakeholder awareness of controls, security, and responsible AI.
  • Contribute to developing KRIs for IT, Cloud, and AI.
  • Manage IS Controls daily tasks independently.
  • Review/update controls page design and maintain control calendar.
  • Work on stakeholder change requests.
  • Prepare and follow up on Change Request tickets.
  • Draft and publish monthly control reports and other documentation.
  • Support audits and coordinate action items/evidence.
  • Maintain key documentation for audit readiness.
  • Design controls and develop working instructions/procedures for standards like ISO 27001, GDPR, DORA, NIS2, and EU AI Act.
  • Evaluate and map internal controls to cloud/AI frameworks.
  • Facilitate documentation of key processes into efficient flows.
  • Design and update working instructions to implement policy requirements.
  • Identify process/tooling inefficiencies and support AI optimizations.
  • Map internal control frameworks to various regulations and standards.
