- 4-5 years ICT Risk Management, ICT audits, or related fields
- Banking/FinTech sector experience with MaRisk and DORA understanding
- Experience in fast-paced, technology-driven business

- Strong ownership and workflow optimization ability
- Hands-on AI tools experience for workflow optimization
- Advanced knowledge of AI tools for productivity

- Relevant certifications (CISA, CISM, CRISC) are a plus
- Detail-oriented technical evidence analysis
- Rigorous documentation of findings
- Hands-on mentality for process improvements
- Eagerness to suggest, test, and implement process improvements
- Strictly required fluency in English
- German language knowledge is a plus
- Meeting 100% of criteria not strictly required
Aufgaben
- Lead ICT risk assessment lifecycle from identification to remediation monitoring
- Execute and coordinate ICT risk assessments for third-party tools and services
- Coordinate ICT audits for third-party tools and services
- Collaborate with third-party service providers, Product Owners, Security Engineers, and Data Privacy
- Provide technical and quality oversight on ICT risks, controls, and technologies
- Make ongoing risk decisions
- Oversee control implementation
- Propose ICT risk and control improvement opportunities
- Translate complex technical risks into clear, actionable insights
- Conduct security impact assessments on ICT assets and business processes
- Develop KPIs and KRIs for monitoring ICT third-party risks
- Report ICT third-party risks to the 2nd line of defense
- Identify gaps in current ICT risk frameworks
- Lead efforts to streamline team efficiency and automation
- Coach and mentor new hires and junior colleagues
- Share knowledge with team members
- Provide hands-on guidance to team members
- Provide structured feedback to team members
- Build strong stakeholder relationships
- Engage proactively with stakeholders
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders
- Align with organizational priorities
