- Foster a vibrant, collaborative, and strategically aligned network
- Handle internal communication for Influence&Standardisation activities
- Connect the central I&S team with subject matter and country experts
- Strengthen the community's identity, purpose, and commitment
- Promote cross-functional collaboration and best practice sharing
- Support innovation and continuous learning in working methods
- Ensure regular communication through meetings, workshops, and newsletters
- Organize and lead expert meetings and community seminars
- Support event planning and represent the company in external committees
- Contribute to the annual team action plan
- Track progress using action items and KPIs
