Aufgaben
- Provide vision, leadership, and management to the IA organization
- Partner with sales leadership and customer advisory teams to shape GTM strategies
- Initiate and ensure execution of industry-led demand generation
- Prioritize and evaluate engagements for maximum impact
- Lead the team to deliver compelling messaging in customer interactions
- Engage with C-level executives at strategic customers
- Guide the approach to client context and improve deliverables
- Recruit and coach team members to enhance skills and retention
- Align with peers to ensure effective collaboration
- Innovate and improve industry content within the CA organization
- Drive the transformation of Industry Advisory for scale and reach
- Support achievement of SAP’s business revenue targets
- Ensure high team satisfaction and low attrition
- Identify and address knowledge gaps within the team
- Develop and execute tailored learning plans for team members
