In this honorary role, you will safeguard the integrity of the certification system by providing independent oversight and addressing impartiality risks to ensure global stakeholder trust.

Anforderungen

• •Senior-level experience in ISO standards, conformity assessment, or sustainability assurance
• •Expertise in ISO management systems, accreditation frameworks, and assurance methodologies
• •Understanding of impartiality, independence, and conflict-of-interest management
• •Ability to assess evidence objectively and act independently
• •Knowledge of Fairtrade or comparable sustainability and verification schemes
• •Constructive discussion, consensus-building, and virtual teamwork skills
• •Awareness of confidentiality and data protection requirements
• •Fluency in written and spoken English
• •Availability for regular meetings and ad-hoc consultations

• •Identify and address risks to impartiality
• •Advise on measures for transparency and trust
• •Establish working groups on specific topics
• •Request corrective actions from management when necessary
• •Review individual cases and risk assessments
• •Evaluate supporting documentation for decision-making
• •Prepare thoroughly for all committee meetings
• •Participate regularly in scheduled committee sessions
• •Handle detailed and sensitive information professionally
