Anforderungen

• •Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or comparable field
• •Strong expertise in Enterprise Architecture Management
• •Curiosity and holistic understanding of business, application, data, and infrastructure architecture
• •Ability to simplify complexity and communicate architectural concepts clearly
• •Proven experience leading or contributing to complex IT initiatives
• •Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills
• •Proactive, independent, and structured way of working

Aufgaben

• •Design and implement the Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) practice
• •Establish architecture governance and KPIs
• •Report regularly to technology leadership
• •Define and maintain enterprise-wide architecture principles and guidelines
• •Cover business, application, data, and infrastructure layers
• •Advise senior management on architectural and technology strategy decisions
• •Develop a future-oriented enterprise architecture roadmap
• •Align with FSC’s corporate and IT strategy
• •Translate strategic business requirements into scalable architectural patterns
• •Reduce fragmentation and drive automation and re-usability
• •Own and validate architecture blueprints across various domains
• •Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for platform evolution
• •Assess architectural maturity and propose improvement initiatives
• •Ensure compliance across internal and external teams
• •Represent the architecture function in cross-functional groups
