Aufgaben
- Drive the IAM product vision and roadmap
- Ensure stable, secure, and SLA compliant IAM services
- Collaborate with internal and external teams for IAM
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into product features
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into continuous improvements
- Monitor service quality, KPIs, and risk posture
- Monitor compliance with GDPR, CSOPs, ISO 27001
- Manage collaboration with IAM service providers
- Participate in operational governance
- Maintain accurate product documentation and Service Handbook
- Communicate roadmap changes, service updates, and operational issues
- Inform IT and business stakeholders
- Plan and lead IAM related projects
- Manage project sizes and milestones
- Support audits and identity governance initiatives
- Support internal and external benchmarks
- Support security improvement programs
